Infinite Wellness Care provides personalized psychiatric medication treatment with care through both in-person and telehealth appointments, allowing patients to choose the setting that best supports their comfort, lifestyle, and clinical needs.
In-Person Care
In-person visits are available at our Greenville office for patients who prefer face-to-face appointments or when direct clinical observation is beneficial to treatment.
Telehealth Care
Telehealth services are offered through IntakeQ, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform used for video visits, messaging, scheduling, and documentation. Telehealth allows patients to receive psychiatric and behavioral health care remotely through secure video appointments when clinically appropriate.
Patients receiving telehealth services must be physically located in South Carolina at the time of the visit, and all services are provided in accordance with South Carolina licensing laws and professional standards of care.
We work with each patient to determine whether telehealth or in-person care is the best fit based on treatment goals, clinical presentation, and individual preference.
Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency situations. In the event of a psychiatric or medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
